You need to state when you make your character description (or edit it if you have already made it) how you wear your Akatsuki cloak, the style you have it. Your Akasuki cloak only needs to be worn when you are outside the base or there is a visitor in the base.

Relationships are acceptable in the Akatsuki although if it interferes on a mission or your over all judgment on anything then you are not permitted a relationship if there are problems then there will be NO relationships.
